  • need help!!

    last monday i purchased a car seat in usababy .com webpage, a day later they send me an email claiming that there as an error in my billing address and they ask me to contact them at 877-488-5237 to correct this error. I've been calling every 5 minutes since yesterday morning an nobody has answer. I also wrote several emails without response.     The Richmond VA store has closed without notice; therefore, the property owner is currently holding baby items which have been paid for thus no credit refunds or pick up of items. There should be some form of resolution for the parents who have their baby items being held without reason.   • Store Closes with customers empty handed

    I would like to say that the owners of the Richmond VA location were very nice while we were making the purchase of an entire baby/tottler/adult furniture set plus a chair with foot stool. All the items came in with teh exception of the tottler rails, adult rails, and teh foot stool. Please note that all items were paid in full. It was at that time the store location was closed downed and locked up so that no one could pick up their remaining items.     6/7/2011 My Husband and I bought a nursery set from USA Baby (Hollywood, FL) from Sam (Owner of USA Baby Hollywood, FL). We received 1/2 the delivery within a few weeks or order. We were told by Sam that the remainder piece would take 2-3 months for delivery. My husband and I called approximately 3 months later inquiring about our missing piece.     I will never go to this store again. My friend is registered here so I thought it would be nicer than going to a huge store like Babys R Us. They don't have a self serve registry so I had to wait for an associate to do it. 15 minutes went by before I asked the other customer in the building if they had seen anyone and they said they had been there for a while and they hadn't seen anyone either.   • Avoid at all costs...

    I purchased my pieces of my nursery set online to be picked up today by me. Showed as available online, let me complete my credit card transaction, the whole works. I drove 30 minutes to get to the store today and when I arrived with a printed copy of my receipt, all the lady said was "we tried looking and coundn't find your items. sorry". Are you kidding me?     I live about an hour away from the store, and my furniture is coming about the same time my baby is due (my baby is coming a few weeks early!), so I don't have to deal with the stress over getting furniture right around my due date, USA Baby Richmond is delivering my furniture to me, even though I'm out of their delivery area!     All this company wants is your money and the sale. Once the sale has been made the service is sooooo terrible it makes you regret ever walking into this store!!!!!! I am soooo upset, I have never been treated this way after making a purchase. I get better service when I buy 20 dollar products. We spent close to $5,000 in that store and were probably one of their easiest sales!!! My 5 drawer dresser came in damaged and it took me a month to get a hold of someone to attempt to help and the matter is still NOT resolved.   • Richmond, VA store - very poor service

    All they want is your money and the service end there. I ordered an entire nursery suite and had to call to check on the delivery status only to find out that the crib was running 4-5 weeks beyond the date estimated. I asked the store to deliver the furniture in 2 deliveries w/ the crib coming in later and they refused. I ordered within a perectly appropriate timeframe, and have done everything I can to make this go smoothly, but they are not willing to budge an inch, so i will bring my baby home to an empty room.     USA Baby in San Diego went out of their way for me! I got a Joovy Caboose stroller from a friend and I lost the front wheel. Sherry got Joovy to send me one for free!!! She didn't have to help me at all, yet she treated me with the biggest smile and the best service I have received in a long time!     DO NOT BUY FROM SHERRY AT SAN DIEGO STORE. We were warned by the reviews but they are true, they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They were sweet as sin two days ago when we bought a $700.00 crib, she assured us the reviews were not true and Sherry had handled customer service there for 12 years. I called today to ask to her take payment for the crib from my gracious in laws and cancel our transaction. She said SHE NOW makes no decisions, cant help us, she yelled at me and much more.   • Terrible service!

    The most horrible service I've ever encountered in my entire life! I ordered furniture and the owner assured me that while they've had delays in the past, that I most likely wouldn't encounter any issues. He told me 6 - 8 weeks. So I placed my order. It has been almost 16 weeks and I still do not have my furniture! Every time I call I am given the run around - told they will call me back, but never do.   • USA Baby is not nice to new mothers!

    I have never encountered such poor customer service as I have from this location of USA Baby. (Hollywood, Fl) It has been a nightmare! I was told my furniture would take 4-6 weeks for delivery and it took 11 weeks for me to get my crib and it had several issues with the paint that the company is not doing anything about! I had to pick up the dressers myself because they came in earlier then the rest of the stuff but I was told I would have had to pay an additional $130 to have it delivered separately, on top of the $160 I already paid! The Berlin CT store has the worst customer service ever, it took over 16 wks to recieve my furniture. Everytime I called I recieved a lie and an attitude. I would never recommand this store to anyone, they couldn't get any ruder then they were.
