Terrible Customer Service - Customer Service


DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY--at least online. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can not talk to a human, and they do not respond to any communication via email. The item I purchased online arrived broken. They require a "authorization number" in order to return it and of course they don't respond to that request...terrible, terrible, terrible.

Totally agree. I purchased from USA Baby in MN and after having the wrong product ordered for me I have had to keep calling the store for the last month to try to resolve. Still no correction, still no call back. I consider it theft. I did just read an article that the corporation filed for Chapter 11 and stores have closed leaving moms-to-be high and dry without their cribs, strollers, etc. Have to say I'm NOT surprised.
